Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
